Collin O’Sullivan

Collin is responsible for helping drive our private equity and debt portfolio strategy and capital allocation. His role includes sourcing new deals, underwriting, and post-close board support.
Before joining Lang Partners, Collin worked as a Consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s M&A and Restructuring Group. Collin worked across the M&A lifecycle on due diligence, day-one readiness assessments, post-carveout integration, and margin improvement initiatives. He has worked in the life sciences, consumer, technology, and financial services industries.
Collin graduated with honors from Miami University with a BS in Finance and Accounting, where he was an Evans Scholar.
