Bruce Harig
President of Construction
Mr. Harig, President of Construction, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction phases of Lang Partners multi-family development. He utilizes more than 30 years of experience in construction to develop pre-construction/construction budgets, create and negotiate construction contracts and to administer and oversee all other processes associated with new construction.
Prior to joining Lang Partners, Mr. Harig’s career consisted of wood framing, commercial development/re-development, single family custom home-building and multi-family development. Mr. Harig worked as an AVP of Construction with Archstone for nearly a decade before their acquisition by AvalonBay in 2013. He was retained by Avalonbay as a Senior Project Manager until joining Lang Partners in early 2014. Mr. Harig graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Metro State College of Denver.
